1.    Where are we located?
Singular’s retail store is situated on Ayias Phylaxeos 54, Limassol, Cyprus , and our warehouse from where all products from our online store are shipped from, is in Germany.

2.    What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal , bank transfer and cash on delivery*(*This method only applies to Cyprus and for orders less than €100.00)

3.    What shipping options are available?
For Europe we ship with TNT Economy (4-6 working days) or UPS Express (2-3 working days).  For Cyprus we offer our Limassol store as a collection point in Limassol, Akis express as a collection point for all other areas covered by Akis  and we also offer  door delivery (next working day).

4.    How long will it take to receive my order?
Within Cyprus:
The delivery period is between 4-6 working days. If you have chosen “pickup at singular” you may collect your order only once you have received an email or telephone call from our local office. lf you have chosen delivery with Akis express or door delivery, you will collect/receive your order the following business day after its arrival in Cyprus.

With Ups Express, the delivery period is between 2-3working  days. Orders which are paid for before 12.00pm will be shipped the same day from our warehouse in Germany.

Within Europe:
With TNT Economy, orders take between 4-6 working days. With Ups Express, the delivery period is between 2-3 days. Orders which are paid for before 12.00pm will be shipped the same day from our warehouse in Germany.


5.    If a product is displayed as “not available” when can it be expected?
Usually when a product is not available, an estimated date of arrival will be displayed. You may also click on the “Notify Me”  box  where you will need to enter your email address and you will be notified by email as soon as the product is available again.

6.    Can I order a product if it’s not available from stock?
You  cannot order a product  which is not available . You  may do so only once the product becomes available again.


7.    Do I need to pay for my order online?
For Europe, all orders need to be prepaid either by paypal or bank transfer.
These 2 methods also apply  to Cyprus, but a third option for cash on delivery also applies for orders  less than €100.00.

8.    Do you assemble parts bought individually from your website?
This only applies to Cyprus. A small fee of €50.00 per assembly  will be charged .

9.    Is the availability information on the website reliable?
Yes, our website is updated on a daily basis and therefore the stock which is displayed is real time.
