Before you choose
- Resolution. Check the capture resolution and frame rate (for example 1080p60 or 4K) you need.
- Copy protection. Capture devices cannot record HDCP-protected content from streaming services or Blu-ray.
- EDID problems. If a screen shows the wrong resolution or blank behind a switch or extender, an EDID emulator often fixes it.
