The APC NetShelter Basic Rack PDU AP7553 is a full-height Zero U power distribution unit rated 32 A at 230 V (7400 VA), with 24 outlets (20x C13 and 4x C19) and a 3 m cord ending in an IEC 60309 32A 2P+E industrial plug — built for dense server racks that need more than a 16 A feed.
It is a basic PDU without metering, network or switching, which keeps it simple and reliable. The 32 A rating lets one PDU carry a well-filled rack of servers and storage; mounted vertically in the 0U channel, it leaves every rack unit free for equipment.
Before you order: Note the 32 A rating: the plug is an IEC 60309 32A industrial connector and needs a dedicated 32 A circuit and socket installed by an electrician. It does not fit 16 A or Schuko sockets. At 1619 mm tall it needs a full-height rack (typically 42U) with a 0U accessory channel.
