Information within this page is provided only as a guide for customers to understand our delivery services and the couriers we use and how they operate.
Singular's retail store is situated on Ayias Phylaxeos 54, Limassol, Cyprus, and our warehouse from where all products from our online store are shipped from, is in Germany.
For Cyprus Customers
Internet orders placed before 12pm usually can be dispatched the same day provided the goods are in stock and payment has been cleared. Orders placed after 12pm usually will be processed and dispatched to customers the next working day, assuming all the parts are in stock and the payment has cleared.
As our couriers do not pick up from our warehouse on Saturdays and Sundays, all orders with parts and payment ready placed, will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery to Rest of Europe
Internet orders placed before 12pm usually can be dispatched the same day provided the goods are in stock and payment has been cleared. Orders placed after 12pm usually will be processed and dispatched to customers the next working day.
You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
