The DIGITUS DS-55334 is a 5-port 8K HDMI switch that connects five sources — consoles, a PC, a media player, a set-top box — to one TV, monitor or projector and passes up to 8K at 60 Hz with full 4:4:4 colour over 48 Gbps. It solves the common problem of a display with too few HDMI inputs.
You switch sources with the included IR remote, the button on the unit, or let the switch select the most recently powered-on source automatically. HDR, HDCP 2.3, CEC and 36-bit Deep Color are supported, along with compressed (Dolby Digital, DTS) and uncompressed LPCM audio.
The compact metal housing is powered through USB-C — a cable is included — so it can run from a TV USB port or a USB power adapter.
Compatibility note: For 8K60 you need Ultra High Speed HDMI cables on every input and on the output, and a display that accepts those modes. The switch shows one source at a time — it is not a multiviewer or splitter.
