These are genuine DYMO industrial industrial vinyl labels in 12 mm, supplied as part number 18444 — one cassette of 5.5 m, printed black on white. The material is vinyl (PVC), halogen-free, thermal-transfer topcoated with a permanent acrylic adhesive, intended for general industrial marking, safety labels and colour-coded identification.
Vinyl is the general-purpose industrial tape: it conforms to slightly curved and textured surfaces, survives indoors and outdoors, and comes in the colour range that lets labels follow OSHA, ANSI and ISO conventions instead of everything being black on white. It is rated for service from −40 °C to +60 °C, and the material is UL Recognized as a component to UL969 (file MH48389), REACH and RoHS. Meets key OSHA, ANSI and ISO colour conventions. Compatibility — check before buying:
⚠️ Printer fit: this cassette is for DYMO Rhino 4200, 5200, 6000 and 6000+. At 19 mm this cassette fits every current RHINO handheld. RHINO and XTL are different cartridge systems: this cassette will not fit a DYMO XTL 300 or XTL 500, and it will not fit any LabelManager (D1) or LabelWriter (roll) machine.
