• Optimized angular acceleration
  The construction of the T818 has been optimized to take full advantage of Direct Drive force feedback technology. Taking into account the mass of Thrustmaster steering wheels, the custom-designed motor delivers a torque of 10 N.m, without saturation, to deliver optimal angular acceleration. The result: fluid, powerful and ultra-nervous force feedback, for the feel of real driving.
• Unfiltered power
  The effects sent by the game are reproduced by the T818 without any filter, for a detailed feel that's faithful to the developer's intention. The more information you have in your hands, the better you'll understand your vehicle and its limits. Mind you, mistakes are also more punishing, but nobody said driving at 200 km/h was easy.
• Fast steering wheel attachment
  The T818 inaugurates the new "Fast Release" steering wheel attachment system. Change steering wheels in 5 seconds and without tools, with all Thrustmaster next-gen steering wheels or those fitted with the Quick Release Adapter. In racing, every gram counts: the aluminum-plastic construction ensures the strength of the attachment without adding superfluous weight to preserve the mass of the T818 axle.
• Retro- and future-compatibility
  The T818 base is compatible with all steering wheels in the Thrustmaster ecosystem, thanks to the Quick Release Adapter. Thrustmaster pedals, gearboxes and handbrakes are also 100% compatible. The T818 has an RJ45 port to accommodate a new type of ecosystem in the future.
• Dynamic RGB LEDs
  The T818's front panel features a hexagon of RGB LEDs. Define your lighting ambience by setting colors and intensity. The LEDs can also interact with telemetry data sent by the game, providing additional visual cues.
