Read the suffix, not the capacity. Seagate’s Exos part numbers encode interface and security in the three digits before the trailing letter, and the mapping changes between generations — 007 means SATA in Exos X20 but SAS in Exos X24, for example. This part is SATA 6Gb/s and it is the Standard, non-encrypting model. This is the trap on this exact part number. In Exos 7E10 the three-digit code is a per-capacity lookup, and 019B means Standard at 6 TB but SED at 8 TB and 10 TB.
