What to check before buying refurbished
- Windows 11 support. Windows 11 officially needs an 8th-generation Intel Core processor or newer. Models with older processors (for example 6th or 7th generation) are best for Windows 10 or Linux use. Check the processor in the listing.
- Memory and storage. For smooth office work today, choose 16 GB of memory and an SSD.
- Wireless. Some refurbished mini PCs have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, others only wired Ethernet. Check the listing if there is no network socket at the desk.
- Accessories. Keyboard, mouse and monitor are usually not included. Mini PCs need their external power adapter, so check that it is in the box.
