3M Bright Screen Privacy Filter BP130C3E, 13" 3:2
13" 3:285% light transmissionCOMPLY Flip AttachReversible matte/gloss
The 3M Bright Screen Privacy Filter BP130C3E is a 13" 3:2 laptop privacy filter, measuring 283 x 203 mm, for 13" full-screen laptops with a 3:2 display, that blacks out the screen to side viewers beyond a 60° viewing angle while passing 85% of the light, so the picture stays bright for the user. It is aimed at business laptops and 2-in-1s used in open offices and while travelling.
3M Nanolouver technology is the reason for the brightness: 3M states its Bright Screen filters are up to 25% brighter than its other black privacy filters. The filter mounts with the 3M COMPLY Flip Attach set, so it can be flipped up when you want to share the screen, or with the supplied adhesive strips.
Before you order: This filter is for 13" laptops with a 3:2 screen (283 x 203 mm); 3M does not publish a model list. It does not fit 16:9 or 16:10 laptops. 3M states it is not for devices with a raised bezel. Send us your laptop model and we will check it.

- With COMPLY Flip Attach the filter flips up for screen sharing and back down for privacy.
- Reversible: the matte side cuts glare and reflections, the glossy side gives the sharpest image.
- Touch input keeps working through the filter.
What Will Not Work
- Laptops with a raised bezel around the screen.

- Portrait orientation; the filter is designed for landscape use.

Frequently Asked Questions
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Bright Screen filters cost more than basic ones but keep the display bright, which matters if you use the laptop all day with the filter on. 3:2 screens are taller than usual, so a 16:9 or 16:10 filter will not fit them; this one is the correct shape. For desktop displays see our monitor privacy filters.
✓ Buy it if you have a 13" laptop with a 3:2 screen and want a bright privacy filter.
✕ Skip it if your laptop has a raised bezel or a different screen ratio.
→ Also consider 3M BPNDE001 for Dell 13.4" 16:10 laptops.
Send us your laptop model and we will confirm the right 3M filter before you order.
