The HPE Aruba Networking CX 6405 v2 Switch (R0X26C) is a 7U modular switch bundle for campus core and aggregation, built around the 6405 v2 chassis with one management module and both fan trays already installed.

The 6400 series lets you build the switch you need from line modules — access, aggregation and high-speed uplink cards — in five line slots, with a second management module slot for redundancy and four power-supply bays. It runs the AOS-CX operating system shared across the Aruba CX range. Because the bundle ships without power supplies and without line modules, it is the starting point for a configured system rather than a ready-to-run switch.
