The Snom A350D is a cordless Bluetooth stereo headset for office and contact-centre staff who spend much of the day on calls and want both ears covered to shut out background noise. It connects to two devices at the same time, and the included A220 USB dongle gives a stable, plug-and-play link to a computer.
Two microphones with cVc noise cancellation pick up your voice and reduce the noise around you, while 25 mm speakers on both sides deliver fullband audio for calls and music. Up to 28 hours of talk time from one charge, a busylight that tells colleagues you are on a call and a 30 m Bluetooth range make it practical for long working days.

What It Means in Practice
- Plug the A220 dongle into the PC for calls in Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or 3CX, and pair your phone directly by Bluetooth — both stay connected.
- A full working week of calls from one charge is realistic: up to 28 h talk and 89 h standby, about 2 h to recharge.
- The red/green busylight shows you are on a call, and a red LED on the boom shows when you are muted.
- On supported Snom desk phones the headset pairs directly with the phone.
What Will Not Work
- It is Bluetooth, not DECT — it does not pair with DECT bases.
- The A220 dongle only works with Snom Bluetooth headsets.
- NFC pairing works with Android phones only; voice prompts are in English only.
- There is no wired audio connection; USB-C is for charging.
- Call waiting and call swapping depend on your phone system (PBX).
