Good Connections SAT Window Feed-Through — 54 cm, with Weather Protection
No drillingF-socket – F-socket54 cmWeather boot
The Good Connections S-1014Q is a flat SAT window feed-through, 54 cm long with F-sockets on both ends, that carries a satellite or antenna coax signal through a closed window or door without drilling. It is for households, rented flats and installers who need to bring a dish signal inside where a wall hole is not allowed or not wanted.
The flexible section is 44 cm long and only about 0.3 mm thin, made of PCB foil, so the window closes over it. The outdoor end has a waterproof rubber boot, and Good Connections includes 4 screws and 2 3M adhesive strips to fix both ends. The foil is designed to withstand repeated opening of the window.
Before you order: Both ends are F-sockets (female). You need a coax cable with an F-plug on the outside (from the LNB) and another one with an F-plug on the inside (to the receiver). Thick window seals may need a moment of adjustment so the window still closes tightly.
What's in the Box
- 1 x SAT window feed-through, 54 cm, transparent
- 4 x screws
- 2 x 3M adhesive strips
What It Means in Practice
- Lay it across the window frame, close the window — no drilling into walls or frames
- Ideal for rented homes, balconies and temporary installations
- Connect the LNB cable outside and the receiver cable inside with standard F-plugs
- One feed-through carries one coax line — use one per LNB output
What Will Not Work
- No cables are included — you need two coax cables with F-plugs
- It does not amplify the signal; every passive link adds a small loss on long runs
- Not for windows that open on the hinge side where the foil would be pinched — place it on the closing side
- Not a network or power feed-through — it is for coax only

Frequently Asked Questions
Will the window still close properly?
The flexible part is about 0.3 mm thin, so most windows close normally. Place it where the seal is softest, usually at the top or side of the closing edge.
Does it work for terrestrial TV antennas too?
It is a coax feed-through with F-connectors, so it passes antenna signals as long as your cables use F-plugs.
Can I run two LNB lines?
Each feed-through carries one line. For a twin LNB, use two feed-throughs.
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Window feed-throughs are the clean answer when you cannot drill — rented homes, listed buildings or a quick balcony dish. Fit it on the closing side of the window and keep the outdoor F-connector inside the rubber boot. If you are also bringing a network connection to the same room, see our
network cables.
✓ Buy it if you need to bring a satellite or antenna coax line indoors without drilling.
✕ Skip it if you can drill a proper wall entry, or you need to pass network or power cables.
→ Also consider coax cables with F-plugs on both ends for the inside and outside runs.
