This is an 80 × 80 × 25 mm 12V PWM fan. Confirm that your case, heatsink or radiator supports an 80mm fan and that your motherboard or fan controller provides a compatible 4-pin PWM header. The PST socket allows additional compatible PWM fans to share the same control signal.

Pressure-optimised airflow
ARCTIC developed the P8 series around a focused airflow and high static pressure. The P8 PWM PST reaches 1.9 mmH₂O, making it particularly suitable where air must move through fins, filters or other restrictions.
Wide PWM speed range
Fan speed is controllable from 200 to 3000 RPM through PWM. ARCTIC also specifies a 0 RPM mode when the PWM signal falls below 5%, provided the controller supports the required signal behaviour.

The cable provides both a 4-pin PWM connector and a 4-pin PST socket. Compatible fans can therefore share one PWM control signal and adjust their speeds together according to system cooling demand.
