The Inter-Tech Argus RGB-500W II is a 500 W ATX 2.3 power supply with 80 PLUS Bronze efficiency and addressable RGB lighting, aimed at home and entry-level gaming PCs in windowed cases where the PSU is on show.
Its single +12 V rail delivers 40 A (480 W), active PFC handles 100–240 V input, and a 140 mm fan with automatic speed control runs between 19 and 35 dB. Twenty-one RGB LEDs sit behind a plexiglass side window and can be driven by the built-in button or synchronised with a 3-pin 5 V ARGB motherboard header.
Before you order: The unit has only ONE PCIe 6+2 connector and no 12VHPWR / 12V-2x6 plug — it suits graphics cards with a single 6- or 8-pin input. RGB sync needs a 3-pin 5 V ARGB header; a 4-pin 12 V RGB header will not work and can damage the LEDs.
