The ASUS ExpertCenter E1 AiO (E1600WKAT-BMR106X) is a compact 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen all-in-one PC with an Intel Celeron N4500, 4GB DDR4, a 128GB NVMe SSD and Windows 11 Pro, made for reception desks, point-of-service counters, kiosks and light office tasks where space is tight.
It is fanless, so it runs silently and collects less dust, and has two serial (COM) ports for receipt printers, scanners and other legacy devices that business software still uses. A 10-point capacitive touch panel, 720p webcam, Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 5 with Bluetooth and a VESA-mount option complete a practical front-of-house machine. A wired keyboard and mouse are included.
Before you order: This is an entry-level system: 4GB RAM and a dual-core Celeron are fine for a browser, POS or booking software and email, but slow for many open tabs, Teams calls with screen sharing or large spreadsheets. ASUS lists memory up to 8GB; tell us your software and we will advise whether to upgrade.

- Touch-first use at a counter or reception: customers or staff tap the screen directly.
- COM ports connect older receipt printers, pole displays or scanners without USB adapters.
- No fan means no noise and no air intake to clog in dusty or busy areas.
- Wall or arm mounting via VESA frees the counter completely (wall-mount screws are optional per ASUS).
What Will Not Work
- It is not suited to heavy multitasking, video editing or gaming: Celeron N4500 with 4GB is entry level.
- The TN panel has narrower viewing angles than IPS; colours shift when viewed from the side.
- 128GB fills up quickly with Windows updates and local files; plan for network or cloud storage.
- There is no built-in battery (UPS) in this configuration; a power cut switches it off.
