Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reach 380Hz?
The panel is 360Hz natively and overclocks to 380Hz via the OSD over DisplayPort 1.4. HDMI 2.0 supports lower maximum refresh rates.
What is ELMB Sync?
It runs Extreme Low Motion Blur and variable refresh (Adaptive-Sync) at the same time, cutting both motion blur and tearing for sharper fast motion.
Is FHD the right resolution at this size?
Yes. At 24.5" Full HD keeps pixel density practical and lets GPUs push the very high frame rates this monitor is built for.
Can I mount a camera on it?
Yes. It has a 1/4" tripod socket on top, handy for webcams and streaming gear, plus VESA mounting on the rear.
Singular Expert Insight
Choose the XG259QNS if competitive frame rate is your priority — 380Hz FHD with ELMB Sync is built for esports. If you want sharper visuals for mixed gaming, a QHD 240–320Hz panel balances clarity and speed; for immersive single-player, a larger high-res display suits better.

Buyer's Guide

Buy it if
You want maximum competitive performance — up to 380Hz FHD Fast IPS with ELMB Sync and a 1ms response for esports.
Skip it if
You want sharper QHD/4K detail or USB-C docking — this is a 1080p esports panel without USB-C.
Also consider
A QHD 240–320Hz monitor for more clarity, or the ROG Strix XG27ACMS (27" QHD 320Hz) for a larger sharper panel.
