Auerswald COMfortel D-400 — a glass touch-screen SIP phone

4.3-inch glass touchGigabit2x USBExpandable

The Auerswald COMfortel D-400 is a high-end IP/SIP phone with a 4.3-inch capacitive touch display (480 x 272) behind a glass surface, 17 fixed function keys, four soft keys and 20 programmable function keys. It holds six SIP identities with SIPS encryption, connects through a Gigabit system port with PoE, and has two USB ports and a separate headset socket for corded and wireless headsets with DHSG/EHS. Up to three COMfortel D-XT20 or D-XT20i modules add up to 80 keys in total.

Compatibility — check before buying:
The D-400 is powered by PoE; no power supply is in the box. Without a PoE switch, Auerswald offers the COMfortel PoE-100 and PoE-1000 injectors separately. Some functions work only with Auerswald PBXs (COMtrexx, COMpact, COMmander, COMuniq) or with server/cloud PBX support. This code is the black model — the white D-400 is article 90365. Tell us the phone system or provider you use and we check compatibility before you buy.

Best For

✓ Auerswald COMtrexx and COMpact users
✓ Managers and power users
✓ Reception desks with key modules
✓ Wireless headset users
