Avision AD3100F A4 Legal Flatbed and Duplex ADF Scanner 100ppm
Fast duplex batches and Legal flatbed capture in one scanner
The Avision AD3100F combines a high-speed duplex ADF with a flatbed for originals that are unsuitable for automatic feeding. Its 100-sheet feeder reaches up to 100ppm or 200ipm for colour A4 documents at 300dpi. The ADF provides 600dpi optical resolution, while the Legal-size flatbed offers 1200dpi optical capture. USB 3.2 Gen 1 connects the scanner to a compatible computer.
What's in the Box
- Avision AD3100F scanner main unit and ADF paper tray.
- USB cable, external power adapter and power cord.
- Quick guide and manufacturer driver/software resources.
- Computer, sample originals and optional accessories separate.
What It Means in Practice
- Use the 100-sheet ADF at its 80g/m² capacity condition for suitable prepared batches.
- Place delicate or irregular originals on the flatbed instead of forcing them through the feeder.
- Choose appropriate resolution: 600dpi optical through ADF or 1200dpi optical on flatbed.
- Configure Button Manager V2, AVScan X or compatible scanning software for the intended host workflow.
What Will Not Work
- No Ethernet or Wi-Fi is specified for this exact non-network model.
- The 100ppm/200ipm speed rating applies to the ADF, not flatbed throughput.
- Physical paper support width and optical capture width are different.
- Long-page limits depend on resolution and supported mode.
- Check current operating-system drivers and applications; no identical Windows/Mac/Linux software entitlement is promised.

Frequently Asked Questions
Choose the paper path before choosing speed. Prepared loose sheets suit the ADF, while delicate or irregular originals may belong on the flatbed. Keep the 216mm optical width limit separate from the wider physical paper support and allow sufficient desk space for extended trays.
