The AXIS 30 W Midspan AC/DC (02208-001) is a single-port Power over Ethernet midspan designed for installations where normal mains power is not available at the injector location. It accepts either 10–28 V DC or 24 V AC and can supply compatible network devices with up to 30 W through IEEE 802.3at PoE+.

Compatibility — check before buying:
This model does not accept standard 100–240 V AC mains directly. It requires a 10–28 V DC or 24 V AC source. It automatically detects PoE and PoE+ devices and is intended for Axis equipment requiring up to 30 W. For a device without built-in PoE support, Axis specifies using the midspan together with a suitable PoE splitter.
