The AXIS T91A23 Tile Grid Ceiling Mount (part 01612-001) is a pack of four plastic mounts that let you install Axis indoor cameras directly on a suspended ceiling grid — offices, shops, schools and corridors with tile ceilings. The mount grips the T-bar rail, so there is no drilling, no damage to the tile and minimal work routing the Ethernet cable through the ceiling.
It fits 15, 24 and 35 mm T-bar rails with square-edge tiles, or tegular tiles up to 10 mm deep, and carries cameras up to 2 kg. The white PVC-free plastic (NCS S 1002-B) matches standard ceiling tiles and white Axis domes.
Before you order: Many Axis indoor cameras fit directly (e.g. M30xx/M31xx/M32xx/M42xx domes, M20xx and P14xx bullets, P32xx/P33xx, M50xx PTZ, M43xx panoramic). Some need an extra part: M1045-LW/M1065 and F8205/F8215 need the AXIS T91A10 Mounting Kit, M10/M11 series need the AXIS T91A11 Stand, P13/Q16 series need the AXIS T91B21 Stand. What It Means in Practice
- One pack covers four camera positions — order by the number of cameras, not by mounts per camera.
- Installation is tool-less on the grid: lift the tile, clamp the mount to the rail, fix the camera and drop the cable through.
- Moving a camera later is easy because nothing is drilled or glued.
- Rated for indoor use from -10 to 40 °C.
What Will Not Work
- It only works on suspended tile-grid ceilings with 15, 24 or 35 mm T-bar rails — not on plasterboard, concrete or wooden ceilings.
- It is not for outdoor use.
- It does not carry cameras heavier than 2 kg.
- Some camera series need an additional Axis stand or mounting kit (see above).
