The 19 mm Q1971-E detects thermal contrast across a narrow perimeter view without depending on visible scene lighting. Its 384 × 288 detector and 30 fps output help monitor moving targets, while stabilization and event applications support verification. Pair it with a visible-light camera when you need colour, faces or other identifying detail. Thermal detection still depends on target contrast, distance and weather.
