Its metal back box includes a 3/4-inch (M25) conduit entrance, making the mount suitable for protected cable routing and for use in air-handling or plenum spaces where permitted by the installation design.
Compatibility — check before buying:
AXIS currently lists the AXIS M5526-E PTZ Camera as compatible. The discontinued AXIS M5525-E is also supported. This is an M55 Series-specific recessed mount, so confirm the exact camera model before ordering rather than assuming compatibility with other Axis PTZ families.
