The black Belkin BoostCharge WIC004BTBK-NC combines a magnetic air-vent phone mount with wireless charging up to 10 W for compatible MagSafe-capable iPhones. You receive one mount/charger, a detachable 1.2m USB-C cable and quick start guide. The NC variant does not include a car power adapter. Provide suitable USB-C power separately; the corresponding WIC004BTBK bundle uses a 20 W USB-C PD 3.0 car adapter. The phone connects wirelessly to the pad, while the pad still needs its power cable.

Before you order:
Check the exact iPhone/case, vent dimensions and power source before ordering. The current product page describes MagSafe-capable iPhone 12 or later, while the model FAQ explicitly lists the iPhone 12 and 13 families as tested. Non-MagSafe phones are not supported. The vent clip accepts slats up to 3 mm thick and 20 mm deep, preferably straight and horizontal. Remove Apple Wallet before attachment.

What It Means in Practice

  • Fit the clip to a suitable vent and connect the supplied cable to an appropriate separately supplied USB-C power adapter. Place a compatible MagSafe iPhone against the pad; the magnets align it for mounting and charging. Rotate between portrait and landscape or adjust the viewing angle. Remove the phone with a peeling motion from the top or bottom, rather than pulling straight from its centre.
  • Keep wallet/cards/RFID items out from between phone and pad. When using the heater, disable warm airflow from this vent as recommended by Belkin. There are no status lights; check charging on the phone.

What Will Not Work

  • You need a power adapter included, a non-MagSafe phone mount, more than 10 W wireless output, or a mount for incompatible vent slats.

What does NC omit?
It omits the car power supply, while retaining the detachable 1.2m USB-C cable. The standard powered WIC004BTBK bundle includes a 20 W USB-C PD 3.0 adapter.
Does Qi certification make every Qi phone compatible?
No. The model FAQ explicitly excludes non-MagSafe phones. Magnetic attachment and the exact phone/case still need to be compatible.
Can I leave Apple Wallet attached?
No. Belkin says to remove it before mounting and charging. Do not place cards or RFID items between phone and pad.
