The Fanvil X305 is a big-button SIP phone designed for nursing homes, hospitals and senior-care settings. Large keys, four speed-dial buttons that can carry photos, a 3.5-inch colour display and a dedicated HELP key make calling simple, and it can pair with up to ten 433 MHz wireless emergency pendants. Underneath it is a full IP phone with two SIP lines, dual Gigabit ports, PoE, dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Compatibility — check before buying: It needs a SIP PBX or VoIP account — not an analogue phone. The HELP key and pendants work only when your PBX or provisioning has an emergency destination set up. No power adapter in the box and the 433 MHz pendants are sold separately. The X303 is a regular 4-line desk phone without big buttons. Not sure it fits? Tell us your phone line, router, DECT base or PBX model and we check it for you before you order.

How does the HELP key work?
It calls the emergency destination configured on your PBX or in the phone’s provisioning. Without that setup it does nothing, so ask us to help configure it.
Are the emergency pendants included?
No. The X305 supports up to ten 433 MHz wireless pendants, which are separate accessories.
Is it simple enough for older users?
Yes. Fanvil designed it for senior care: large keys, photo speed-dial buttons and a clear colour display.
What warranty do I get?
Singular gives a 1-year direct warranty on this phone. Fanvil does not publish a warranty term for this model on its official pages. Beyond the first year we help you with the manufacturer’s warranty process, and we support you locally with setup questions.
