Brother PocketJet 8 PJ-823 Mobile Printer
Full-page A4300 dpi thermalUp to 13.5 ppmUSB-C · ~430 g
The Brother PocketJet 8 PJ-823 is an ultra-portable A4 full-page mobile printer that produces sharp 300 dpi output using direct thermal technology — with no ink, toner or ribbons to carry. Weighing around 430 g, it prints at up to 13.5 pages per minute over a single USB-C connection, making it ideal for field service, mobile workers, logistics and in-vehicle printing. Supplied as the base PJ-823 unit (part number PJ823Z1). Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
In the Box & Power
This is the base PJ-823 (PJ823Z1) printer unit. The rechargeable battery and AC adapter/charger are sold separately and are not included. It prints on genuine Brother thermal paper (no ink or toner). The base model connects via USB-C only — for Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, see the PJ-862 / PJ-883 wireless variants.

Key Features
Full-Page Mobile Printing
Prints full A4 and Legal pages from a device small enough to fit in a bag, so field workers get office-quality documents without carrying a desktop printer.
Sharp 300 dpi, No Consumables
Direct thermal printing delivers crisp 300 dpi text and barcodes with no ink, toner or ribbons — you only ever load thermal paper.
Light & Rugged at ~430 g
At roughly 430 g and just 255 mm wide, the PocketJet 8 is built for travel and stands up to the demands of mobile use, in-vehicle mounts and shared kits.
Simple USB-C Connectivity
A single USB-C 2.0 port handles both data and charging, and the printer supports cut sheets, continuous roll, fanfold and label media for flexible output.

Singular Expert Insight
Choose the PJ-823 when you need crisp 300 dpi output — for fine text, forms and barcodes — from a full-page mobile printer. If 203 dpi is enough and you want to save a little, the PJ-822 is the lower-resolution sibling. For cable-free printing, step up to the PJ-862 (Bluetooth) or the PJ-883 (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC). Remember to add a battery and charger, since the base unit ships without them.
