The Brother TD-4650TNWB is a mains-powered desktop label printer for product, shipping and inventory labels. It prints at 203 dpi with up to 108 mm printable width, using thermal transfer with a ribbon or direct thermal media without one. This wireless configuration includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, serial, USB and USB Host, plus a 2.3-inch colour LCD. A cutter or peeler is optional; the standard printer does not automatically cut or peel labels.

Before you order:
Plan a compatible label application/driver and suitable consumables. Maximum media width is 112 mm, while maximum print width is 108 mm. Thermal transfer needs an outside-coated ribbon matched to the label material. Confirm dealer installation for optional cutter/peeler; they are not user replaceable.

  • For example, load product labels and a matching ribbon, calibrate the gap/black-mark sensor, then send a barcode design from supported software over Ethernet or Wi-Fi. For short-life direct thermal labels, use heat-sensitive stock without ribbon.
  • 300 m ribbon capacity helps reduce ribbon changes. USB Host can accept a supported keyboard/scanner for a configured standalone workflow; it still needs prepared templates and compatible integration.

What Will Not Work

  • You need automatic cutting or peeling included; these require optional hardware.
  • Do not treat emulation support as a guarantee that every existing label application works unchanged.
