The Brother BPA-HA2M-004 is the genuine 203 dpi replacement thermal printhead for Brother's Titan TJ-4420TN and TJ-4422TN industrial label printers.
Replace it when cleaning no longer removes white lines, faded areas or broken barcodes — the head is the part that wears with label volume.
Before you order: Only for the 203 dpi Titan TJ-4420TN and TJ-4422TN. The 300 dpi Titan TJ-4520TN / TJ-4522TN take the BPA-HA3M-004, and the non-Titan TJ models use BPA-HA2L-004 or BPA-HA3L-004.
