The EFB-Elektronik EC020200289 is a 0.5 m red Cat 8.1 S/FTP PiMF patch cable rated to 2000 MHz for 25GBASE-T and 40GBASE-T links in data centres, server racks and short top-of-rack connections. Part number EC020200289 uses 26 AWG copper, 50 µ-inch gold contacts and an LSZH jacket, and each cord is Fluke-tested with the report in the box. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility note: Cat 8.1 channels are limited to about 30 m with two connectors. A Cat 8.1 cord does not make 1G or 10G ports faster — it only pays off with 25G/40GBASE-T equipment. It is fully backwards compatible with Cat 6A, Cat 6 and Cat 5e RJ45 ports.
