Key Features
1600 DPI infrared tracking
CHERRY specifies a fixed 1600 DPI infrared sensor for precise tracking across a range of ordinary surfaces, excluding glass and highly reflective surfaces.
4-way tilt-wheel navigation
The tilt wheel supports horizontal and vertical scrolling and can also help move between applications or browser tabs, making it especially useful with wide documents.
Symmetrical standard-size design
The 109 × 62 × 37 mm housing is designed for both right- and left-handed operation, making it suitable for shared desks and mixed-user offices.
Wired USB-A connection
An approximately 1.8 m USB cable provides both power and data, eliminating battery maintenance and wireless pairing.

Singular Expert Insight
The MC 2000 is a productivity mouse rather than a gaming model, and its main differentiator is the tilt wheel. Horizontal scrolling is genuinely useful in Excel and other wide documents, while the fixed 1600 DPI infrared sensor keeps the mouse simple to deploy. The symmetrical housing suits shared desks, and this exact JM-0600-2 SKU is the black version; the otherwise similar JM-0600-0 is grey.
