The Cisco CP-HS-W-5EC8= is a pack of 8 genuine spare ear pads for the Cisco Headset 520 and 530 Series wired headsets — the 521, 522, 531 and 532. Ear pads wear out and absorb sweat over months of daily calls; fresh pads bring back comfort, a good seal and a clean feel for every user.
Eight pads cover four dual headsets (522/532) or eight single headsets (521/531), which makes the pack practical for teams, hot-desking and contact centres where headsets are shared or handed to new staff.
Before you order: These pads are for the wired 520/530 series only. They do not fit the wireless Cisco Headset 561/562 — that series uses its own spare pads (CP-HS-WL-5EC8=).

What It Means in Practice
- Give each new employee clean pads on an existing headset instead of buying a new one.
- Fitting takes seconds: twist the old pad counter-clockwise to remove it, then twist the new pad clockwise until it locks (per the Cisco user guide).
- Keep a spare set in IT for hygiene when headsets move between people.
What Will Not Work
- Cisco Headset 561/562 wireless — different pad, use CP-HS-WL-5EC8=.
- Cisco Headset 720/730 or other brands — not designed for them.
- The pack does not include a headband, cable or microphone parts.
