The Cisco Headset 532 Wired Dual with USB-A Headset Adapter is Cisco's two-ear corded headset for Cisco IP desk phones, PCs and Macs. It is light enough for all-day use and its quick-disconnect connector lets you leave the desk without unplugging from the phone. Two ear cups and a padded headband block out more of a busy office.
This bundle comes with the Cisco USB-A headset adapter, which carries the call controls (answer, end, hold, mute, volume) and an in-call LED. It plugs into the USB port of Cisco 8851, 8861, 8865 and 6871 phones or straight into a computer for Webex App, Jabber or any softphone.
Before you order: Cisco 7800 phones and the 8811, 8841 and 8845 accept the headset only via RJ9 — they have no USB headset support. For those, order the RJ version (CP-HS-W-532-RJ=).

What Will Not Work
- Cisco 7800 Series, 8811, 8841, 8845 — RJ9 only, not USB.
- Cisco IP Phone 7811 and 7832 — not supported.
- USB-C ports without an adapter — Cisco sells a USB-C version of the adapter (CP-HS-W-USBC=).
- Ear pads from the wireless 560 series — use the 520/530 spare pads (CP-HS-W-5EC8=).

The 530 wired series is the low-maintenance choice for Cisco desks: nothing to charge, nothing to pair. Choose the USB-A bundle when the headset will be used on an 8851/8861/8865 or 6871, or on a computer. Cisco desk phones are normally powered from PoE switches.
✓ Buy it if you want a corded Cisco headset with buttons for 8800/6871 phones or a PC.
✕ Skip it if your phones are 7800 or 8811/8841/8845 (RJ9 only), or 7811/7832.
