The Cisco Room Navigator Wall Mount is a 10.1-inch PoE touch panel in the light First Light finish that either controls a Cisco video device inside the meeting room or works outside the door as a room booking panel with a multicolour availability light. It is the wall-mount version of the Room Navigator, with an integrated bracket for glass, brick or drywall.
It suits companies running Cisco Room, Board or Desk series devices on Webex or Microsoft Teams Rooms who want a fixed controller by the door or a booking display in the corridor.
Before you order: The panel is powered only by PoE (IEEE 802.3af). Plan a PoE switch port or the PoE port of a Cisco video device — no power supply or injector is included.

What It Means in Practice
- Inside the room it starts meetings, shares content and controls camera and volume of a paired Cisco device.
- Outside the room it shows the room schedule and lets people book or check in, with a coloured LED showing free or busy from down the corridor.
- Built-in temperature, humidity and air-quality (TVOC) sensors feed room data into Webex Control Hub.
- One network cable delivers both data and power.
What Will Not Work
- It is not a conferencing device on its own — in-room control needs a paired Cisco Room, Board or Desk series device.
- It will not power up from a normal non-PoE network port.
- Zoom Rooms is not listed by Cisco for this panel.
- This wall version has no table stand — for a tabletop controller choose the table stand version CS-T10-TS-L-K9=.
