The Club 3D CAC-1411 is a 5 m USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A extension cable, male to female, that carries up to 10Gbps and up to 900mA of power, for moving a webcam, card reader, USB drive, dongle or hub to where you need it.
It plugs into a USB-A port on the PC and gives you a USB-A socket 5 m away — useful for a webcam on top of a TV, a wireless receiver moved out from behind a metal case, or a USB stick that has to be reachable from the desk. It is USB bus-powered and needs no power supply.
Before you order: 10Gbps needs a USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps) port on the computer and a 10Gbps device at the end. With USB 3.0 (5Gbps) or USB 2.0 ports and devices it works at their speed.

- Webcams and conference cameras: place the camera on a screen or shelf up to 5 m from the PC.
- Wireless receivers and dongles: move a keyboard/mouse or Wi-Fi dongle into the open for better range.
- Card readers and USB sticks: bring the USB port onto the desk from a PC under it.
- Power: up to 900mA for the connected device, the USB 3.x port standard; power-hungry devices such as some external 2.5-inch drives may need a powered hub.
What Will Not Work
- It is not a USB-C cable; it needs a USB-A port at the computer and a USB-A plug on the device.
- Do not chain it with other extension cables — USB 3.x signals are not meant to run over several extensions.
- It does not add power: devices that need more than 900mA should use a self-powered hub.
- It will not raise a 5Gbps port or device to 10Gbps.
