The Auerswald COMmander 8UP0-R module adds eight internal UP0 ports (Euro-ISDN DSS-1, point-to-multipoint) to a COMmander 6000R or 6000RX rack telephone system. UP0 runs over just two wires, which makes it ideal for buildings with existing telephone cabling.

Auerswald COMfortel ISDN system phones connect directly thanks to automatic UP0/S0 detection; a standard ISDN device needs a UP0/S0 adapter at the far end.

Before you order: Fits only the COMmander 6000R (90671) and 6000RX (90672). Auerswald has ended software support for the COMmander 6000R (August 2026); service and repair continue until August 2028. For new projects ask us about a current Auerswald system.
