A steel and aluminium counter mast for point of sale, kiosks and reception desks: a 180 mm pole on a compact base, carrying any VESA 75 or 100 mm tablet enclosure or display up to 20 inches and 4.5 kg. It tilts 72 degrees, rotates 165, and takes portrait or landscape.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The one thing to be certain about before ordering: the tablet enclosure is not included. This is the bare mast. Compulocks sells the enclosure separately — the Apex, Swell and Space families all fit, chosen by your exact iPad or tablet model — and it also sells pre-paired bundles under different part numbers. Tell us your device and we will quote the matching enclosure with the stand. The screws for attaching a Compulocks enclosure are in the box; screws for a VESA monitor are not. Mounting is either free standing on the counter or bolted through it — two 7 mm holes at 50 mm and 25 mm spacing, with M6 x 65 mm studs, washers and nuts supplied. Compulocks does not publish a counter thickness range for the bolt-through, so measure yours and tell us. If you cannot drill, the optional Stability Base STB3B adds a non-slip and adhesive bottom, which Compulocks recommends for 11 inch and larger devices left unbolted. On security: there are two cable-lock attachment points on the stand, but no lock is included — the keyed cable lock is a separate accessory. Cable routing runs through the mast with a charging cable trap, exiting above or through the counter.

Key Features

Two 7 mm holes and the supplied M6 studs fix it permanently to the counter, or leave it standing and move it. The hardware for both is in the box.
Cable trap through the mast
The charging cable runs inside the pole and is clamped, so a customer cannot pull the device’s power out and the counter stays tidy.
Tilt 72 and rotate 165 degrees
Enough to hand the screen to a customer for a signature and turn it back, with the hinge tension adjustable using the supplied wrench.
VESA 75 and 100 on one plate
The 75 mm pattern is behind removable hole plugs. It takes a Compulocks tablet enclosure or any small VESA display up to 20 inches.

Counter masts are bought for a specific counter and a specific device, and the mistake people make with this one is ordering it alone and discovering there is no enclosure. Ask us for both together. Beyond that it is a well-judged piece of hardware: bolt-through fixing that survives daily customer handling, a cable trap that stops the power being yanked out, and enough tilt to turn the screen toward someone and back. The absent lock is worth planning for in a retail setting. Two years of manufacturer cover is modest but this is a simple product with little to fail.
