The CORSAIR FRAME 5000D RS ARGB is a black high-airflow modular mid-tower for large E-ATX builds, with room for 450 mm graphics cards and 420 mm radiators on the top, front and side. Part number CC-9011309-WW ships with four RS140 ARGB PWM fans pre-installed – three front intake and one rear exhaust – with ARGB lighting run from your motherboard. It suits builders who want strong airflow, space for dual radiators and a case they can re-configure later with FRAME panels.

Compatibility — check before buying:
The four RS140 ARGB fans and the front light strip connect to your motherboard’s +5V ARGB header and 4-pin PWM header – no controller or hub is included, and a 12 V RGB header will not drive them. The front USB-C port needs a USB 3.2 Type-E header. GPU clearance falls from 450 to 425 mm with front fans fitted, and a vertical GPU needs a PCIe riser sold separately. At 542 × 556 × 250 mm and 15 kg, check your desk space. Send us your parts list and we will confirm the fit.

InfiniRail fan mounting
Front and roof fans sit on steel rails, so you slide 120, 140 or 200 mm fans and radiators to exactly the position you want instead of fixed holes. Twelve InfiniRail mounts come in the box.
 
Four ARGB 140 mm fans fitted
Four RS140 ARGB PWM fans with magnetic dome bearings are pre-installed and daisy-chained: three pull air in at the front and one exhausts at the rear. Their lighting follows your motherboard RGB software.
 
Room for serious cooling
Top, front and side each take a 420, 360, 280 or 240 mm radiator, the rear takes 140 or 120 mm, and the case holds up to 12 × 140 mm or 14 × 120 mm fans. Pre-punched fill and drain ports help custom loops.
 
Modular and easy to wire
FRAME panels, I/O and the motherboard tray can be swapped with Corsair parts sold separately. RapidRoute 2.0 cable buckles, a pocket for an iCUE LINK hub and a GPU anti-sag arm keep the build tidy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a fan or RGB controller included?
No. The RS140 ARGB fans and the light strip connect to your motherboard’s 5V ARGB and PWM headers and are controlled from the motherboard software.
What radiators fit?
Up to 420 mm on the top, the front and the side, and 140 or 120 mm at the rear. The bottom takes fans only. Air coolers up to 175 mm tall also fit.
How long a graphics card fits?
Up to 450 mm, or 425 mm with front fans installed. Vertical mounting is supported by rotating the rear bracket, but the PCIe riser is sold separately.
What does my motherboard need for the front ports?
A USB 3.2 Type-E header for the USB-C port, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 header for the four USB-A ports, F_PANEL, HD Audio and a 5V ARGB header for the lighting. Tell us your board and we will check.
