Corsair Vengeance SODIMM 32GB (2×16GB) (CMSX32GX5M2A5600C48) is a DDR5-5600 CL48 SO-DIMM memory kit for DDR5 laptops, mini PCs and NUC-class systems.
It runs at 5600 MT/s CL48 at 1.1V straight away — there is no profile to enable, and Corsair lists it for 13th Gen Intel Core or newer systems as well as a wide range of Intel and AMD laptops.
Before you order: This is a laptop SO-DIMM kit (262-pin). It does not fit desktop DIMM slots — check that your laptop takes DDR5 SO-DIMM and has two free slots.

What It Means in Practice
- Dual-channel 32GB (one module per channel): comfortable for current games, heavy browser multitasking and photo editing; 64GB or more suits large video timelines, VMs and CAD.
- No BIOS change needed — the kit runs at its rated 5600 MT/s at the JEDEC voltage of 1.1V.
- SO-DIMM modules lie flat in the laptop; no clearance concerns beyond your laptop's own slot cover.
- Many laptops have only two SO-DIMM slots: this kit replaces the existing memory rather than adding to it.
What Will Not Work
- Desktop PCs — desktop DIMM slots take longer 288-pin modules; SO-DIMM does not fit.
- Laptops with soldered memory or DDR4/LPDDR5 memory — check your laptop's specifications first.
- Servers and workstations that need registered (RDIMM) or ECC memory — this is unbuffered, non-ECC memory (DDR5 on-die ECC is internal to the chips and is not system ECC).
- Running above 5600 MT/s — this kit has no overclock profile.
- Mixing with another kit, even of the same model — Corsair sells kits as matched sets.
