Cudy LT300 EU — Put a SIM In, Get Wi-Fi Out
4G LTE Cat 4 — up to 150 Mbps down1x nano-SIM, no configuration neededN300 Wi-Fi on 2.4 GHzVPN client and server built in
The LT300 is the simple answer to “there is no fixed line here”. Put a nano-SIM in the slot, plug it into the mains, and it serves Wi-Fi and two wired ports from the mobile network. Cellular is LTE Cat 4 at up to 150 Mbps down and 50 up; Wi-Fi is N300 on 2.4 GHz, which reaches further through walls than 5 GHz does. It is small, draws 8 watts at most, and is managed from a browser or the Cudy app. This is the EU band variant, which is the one you want in Cyprus.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz only, N300 — there is no 5 GHz band. That is a deliberate trade for range and cost, and it is fine behind a 150 Mbps cellular link, but it will not feel like a modern dual-band router indoors with many devices. The Ethernet ports are 10/100, not gigabit, and there are two of them, one switchable between WAN and LAN. The antennas are fixed, so you cannot swap in an outdoor or directional antenna for a weak-signal site — if signal is the problem, tell us before ordering and we will look at a model with detachable antennas. One nano-SIM slot, so there is no dual-SIM failover. The _EU suffix is the band variant for Europe, the Middle East and Africa; a CN variant exists for other markets and may not register here.
Best For
✓ Homes and offices with no fixed line available
✓ Holiday houses, sites and temporary offices
✓ Backup connection when the main line fails
✓ Caravans, cabins and workshops
✓ Market stalls, pop-ups and events
✓ Anywhere a SIM is easier to get than a cable
Key Features
SIM in, network out
A nano-SIM in the slot is the whole setup. No engineer visit, no line, no contract with a landline provider. Move it and it works at the next address.
Reach before speed
N300 on 2.4 GHz is not the fastest Wi-Fi, but 2.4 GHz travels through walls and floors far better than 5 GHz. In a stone or block-built house that is often the difference between coverage and no coverage.
VPN in both directions
WireGuard, OpenVPN, PPTP and L2TP, as both client and server — so a remote site can reach your office network, or you can reach the site from outside.
Managed from the phone
Web interface or the Cudy app with cloud access, plus WPA3 security and parental controls. Small enough to sit on a shelf and light enough to travel: 118 x 80 x 27.5 mm, 172 grams.

Singular Expert Insight
For a house or office with no line, this class of router is the cheapest thing that actually works, and the LT300 is deliberately kept simple. Understand the three limits and you will not be disappointed: 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only, 10/100 Ethernet, and fixed antennas. The first two are irrelevant behind a Cat 4 cellular link that tops out at 150 Mbps — you cannot exceed the connection you have. The third is the one that occasionally matters: on a site with weak coverage, the ability to attach an external antenna is what turns an unusable connection into a usable one, and this model does not offer it. Check the signal at the address first, or tell us where it is. Also confirm the _EU band variant when comparing prices — a cheaper unit sourced for another region can fail to register entirely. The rest of the range is in our router section.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You need internet where there is no fixed line, a SIM is easy to get, and 150 Mbps over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is enough for the house or office.
Skip it if
You want dual-band Wi-Fi or gigabit ports, you need dual-SIM failover, or the site has weak signal and needs an external antenna.
Also consider
Cudy IR02 or IR04 for industrial sites needing dual SIM, serial ports and wide-voltage power. Cudy RE3600 if the problem is Wi-Fi range rather than the connection itself. Ask us about dual-band 4G routers if you want 5 GHz.
