The Datalogic CAB-524 is a coiled USB interface cable with a USB Type A host connector and an 8 ft (about 2.4 m) cord, used to connect Datalogic barcode scanners to a PC or POS terminal and powered from the host (POT — Power Off Terminal).
Datalogic lists it as Cable, USB, Type A, Coiled, POT, CAB-524, 8 ft. It is the cable supplied in the PowerScan 9100 kit (PD9130-K1) and is also listed for the PowerScan 9501-DPM, so it is the original replacement for those setups.
