The Datalogic 90A052121 is a 4.5 m RS-232 serial interface cable with a 9-pin D-sub (DB9) host connector, ICL/PC type, that links Magellan 9800i, 9550i, 3400VSi, 3600VSi and 3700HSi in-counter scanners to the COM port of a PC, POS terminal or ICL-compatible host.
Serial connection is still common on older POS systems, scale integrations and industrial PCs. This cable lets a current Magellan scanner work with that legacy host without converters, at the 15 ft length Datalogic uses for its in-counter cables.
Before you order: Datalogic offers several RS-232 variants for Magellan scanners (PC 25-pin, Wincor/Beetle, SASI Super Star, PC Scale). This one is the ICL/PC 9-pin version. If your host is a Wincor Nixdorf Beetle or needs a scale cable, tell us the POS model and we will match the correct part.

- Does not supply power to the scanner; the scanner keeps its own power supply.
