PBT9600-ARRBK10EU is one yellow/black cordless Auto Range scanner kit for warehouse and production labels at varying distances. It includes the PBT9600-ARRB scanner with removable battery, BC9630-BT charging/communication base, CAB-552 USB cable, 8-0935 power supply and 6003-0940 EU power cord. Connect the base and power equipment to a compatible host, pair the scanner and configure the receiving application. Autofocus adapts to near and distant 1D/2D codes; your software handles stock or traceability records.

Before you order:
This is Bluetooth PBT9600-AR, with no display/keypad. The 20 m typical far limit is for a large 100 mil Code 128 test code, not every small label. Bluetooth 100 m refers to open-air radio communication with the base. Inductive charging means contactless charging in the powered Datalogic base, not a claim of compatibility with arbitrary phone chargers. Industrial network modules are separate.

What It Means in Practice

  • For picking, connect the base to the workstation by USB. Scan a nearby item and then a large rack label farther away; the receiving application links each code to the selected task.
  • Place the scanner in its powered base to charge without exposed charging contacts. Charging figures use 12 V external power.
  • Before deployment, test real labels at the highest rack and confirm radio coverage. Fine codes have shorter ranges than large rack labels.

What Will Not Work

  • It does not supply an independent inventory database or a display/keypad. A compatible host and application are required.
  • Do not apply scanner IP65/IP67 to the included base. Ethernet and industrial protocols require the appropriate separate module.
