QuickScan QM2500 uses Datalogic STAR narrowband radio between the scanner and its matching base. This black 433 MHz USB kit includes the 1MP 1D/2D reader, base station/charger and USB host cable. It gives the operator cordless handling while the base connects to the host.

Before you order:
QM2500-BK-433K1 is the STAR 433.92 MHz USB base kit. It is not the Bluetooth QBT2500 and does not pair directly with an ordinary Bluetooth host. The 910 MHz QM kit is a different radio version. Confirm the intended base, region and host connection.

Two blue aiming triangles guide the operator; Green Spot marks a successful decode on the barcode. A decoded code still needs the POS application to look up the product or validate the ticket.
 
STAR range is separate from barcode reach
The radio operates at 433.92 MHz with up to 30 m open-air range. UPC 13 mil decoding is typically 0.5–51.0 cm and QR 20 mil 0–37.0 cm. Radio range does not mean labels can be read from across the room.
 
Plan the charging source
The 3250 mAh battery supports up to 115,000 reads. The 3 h direct USB-C and 4 h cradle figures require the specified suitable power sources; the kit does not list an external 12 V supply.
