Declaration of Withdrawal

TO THE CENTER OF PRODUCTS RETURN

Dear customer,

In case that you wish to return the product that you have purchased, you have the right to deliver it yourself or send it back to its initial condition and packaging within 14 calendar days from its delivery.
The letter of withdrawal or the delivery of the products within 14 calendar days, will be sufficient for the timely exercise of your right of withdrawal.
The written declaration of withdrawal is sent as following:

The products are returned within 14 working days from their date of delivery on the client’s expenses (or with a courier chosen by the client) to the address: Lemessos, 54, Agias Fylaxeos. In addition to the above, the products may be returned by you to the physical store at Lemessos, 54, Agias Fylaxeos

As soon as we receive the declaration of withdrawal, we will send you the confirmation of its receipt. After receiving the returned products we will check them and with no unreasonable delay or delay about which we are to be held liable we will return to you the total amount paid as a price for the purchase of the products (by deducting any return expenses or expenses for the reduction of the products value and always within 14 calendar days from their return with the same means by which you made the payment unless agreed otherwise.
Please keep the receipt that the present declaration was sent as well as the receipt/invoice for the product purchased.
