Dell Pro Wireless Keyboard and Mouse KM5221W — US International, White
4000 dpi mouseAES-128 encrypted36-month battery3-year Dell service
The Dell Pro KM5221W (KM5221W-WH-INT) is the business set Dell ships with its commercial desktops, and it is unusually well specified for a bundled combo. The mouse is adjustable from 1000 to 4000 dpi through Dell Peripheral Manager — four steps, not a fixed 1000 like almost every rival — with a symmetric ambidextrous shape and a programmable middle click. The keyboard is compact at 433 × 123 × 34 mm and 400 g, with a programmable key, volume and mute shortcuts on the F-row and two-stage tilt at 5° and 9°. Both share a single USB receiver using Dell Universal pairing and an AES 128-bit encrypted link, and the batteries last up to 36 months. Dell backs it with 3-year Advanced Exchange Service. In the box: keyboard, mouse, receiver, batteries and documentation.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Layout: US International QWERTY is the layout most people in Cyprus type on: wide Enter key, @ above 2. If your current keyboard is UK layout, the Enter key changes shape and a few symbols move, but letters and numbers are identical. There is no numeric keypad — this is the compact Dell Pro layout, which brings the mouse closer to your shoulder but will not suit heavy data entry, so check that before ordering. Both devices run through one USB receiver in a USB-A port; a USB-C-only laptop needs an adapter or a dock. There is no Bluetooth, so the set cannot be paired to a tablet or a phone, and it will not work in the BIOS before the operating system loads. There is no backlight and no palm rest. Dell Peripheral Manager is Windows-only, so the dpi steps and the programmable key can only be configured on Windows — the set still types and clicks on macOS, Linux, Chrome OS and Android, which Dell lists. Dell does not publish a key count, a spill rating or a wireless range figure.

Key Features
A mouse you can actually tune
1000, 1600, 2400 or 4000 dpi through Dell Peripheral Manager — on a 4K or dual-screen desk that is the difference between comfortable and tiring.
One receiver, encrypted
Dell Universal pairing puts both devices on a single dongle with an AES 128-bit encrypted link.
Three years of battery, three years of service
Up to 36 months of battery life and Dell’s 3-year Advanced Exchange Service behind it.
Compact and ambidextrous
A 433 mm keyboard and a symmetric mouse: less reach for the shoulder, and it suits either hand.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it have a numeric keypad?
No. The KM5221W is the compact Dell Pro layout. If you need a numpad, tell us and we will suggest a full-size Dell set.
Can I change the mouse dpi?
Yes — 1000, 1600, 2400 or 4000 dpi in Dell Peripheral Manager, which is Windows-only. The default is 1600 dpi and works everywhere.
Can I pair it with a tablet?
No. There is no Bluetooth; it uses the single Dell USB receiver.
Which layout and colour is this part number?
This one is US International QWERTY in white — that is what the -WH-INT suffix means. Dell publishes other layouts and a black finish under separate part numbers.
