Dell Pro Wireless Headset WL3024 Stereo Bluetooth 5.3 with USB-C Receiver, AI Noise-Cancelling Mic, Teams and Zoom Certified
Dell Pro Wireless Headset WL3024 — All-Day Calls, Clear Voice
The Dell Pro Wireless Headset WL3024 is a two-ear Bluetooth 5.3 headset with a USB-C wireless receiver and an AI-based noise-cancelling boom microphone, made for office and hybrid workers who spend much of the day in Teams or Zoom calls. Dell rates it for up to 25 hours of talk time on one charge.
The included Dell Wireless Audio Receiver HR024 gives your laptop a ready-paired link, and a USB-A adapter is in the box for older PCs. At the same time the headset connects to your phone over Bluetooth with multipoint. It is certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
What's in the Box
- Dell WL3024 wireless headset
- Dell Wireless Audio Receiver HR024 (USB-C)
- USB-A adapter for the receiver
- USB-C charging cable
- Soft carrying pouch
- User documentation
What It Means in Practice
- Plug the receiver into the laptop and the headset is connected; pair your phone over Bluetooth and both stay connected.
- 25 hours of talk time (26 with the busylight off) means charging a couple of times a week rather than every night.
- A quick charge of about 18 minutes helps when you forgot to charge; a full charge takes about 2 hours over USB-C.
- The AI-based microphone filters keyboard clatter and voices behind you so the other side hears you.
- The headset folds flat into the pouch for travel between home and office.
What Will Not Work
- No active noise cancellation in the earcups; Dell specifies passive noise isolation only. For ANC look at the WL5024 or WL7024.
- No 3.5 mm jack, so it will not plug into analog audio sockets.
- Not designed for desk phones: Dell publishes no desk-phone connection.
- No charger in the box, only the USB-C cable; any USB port or USB charger works.
