Delock High Speed HDMI with Ethernet Cable — HDMI-A to Micro HDMI-D, 1 m
HDMI-A ↔ Micro HDMI-DUp to 4096 × 2160Gold-plated1 m
The Delock High Speed HDMI with Ethernet cable connects a device with a Micro HDMI (Type D) port — such as a camera, action cam, tablet, single-board computer or older phone — directly to a TV, monitor or projector with a standard HDMI-A input. Length is 1 m, contacts are gold-plated, and Delock rates it for resolutions up to 4096 × 2160 (4K × 2K).
It is built to the High Speed HDMI with Ethernet specification (HDMI 1.4 per Delock), so it carries video, multichannel audio and the HDMI Ethernet Channel in one cable. A short 1 m length suits a camera on a desk next to the screen or a Raspberry Pi-style board behind a monitor.
Before you order: The small end is Micro HDMI (Type D) — not Mini HDMI (Type C). Check the port on your device before ordering; the two look similar but do not fit each other.
What's in the Box
- 1 × Delock HDMI cable, HDMI-A male > Micro HDMI-D male, 1 m
- Supplied in a zip poly bag
What It Means in Practice
- Plug the large HDMI-A end into the TV, monitor or projector, and the Micro HDMI-D end into the camera, tablet or board.
- At 1 m it is meant for short desk or rack connections — plan the device position close to the display.
- Fine for Full HD playback and 4K-class resolutions as rated by Delock; for 4K at 60 Hz with HDR from newer devices, a Premium High Speed or Ultra High Speed cable is the safer choice.
- The HDMI Ethernet Channel only works if both devices support HEC — most do not use it, and that does not affect the picture.
What Will Not Work
- It will not fit Mini HDMI (Type C) ports found on many DSLR cameras and some graphics cards.
- It does not charge or power your device — HDMI carries signal only.
- It will not convert HDMI to DisplayPort, USB-C or VGA.
- It is not an Ultra High Speed (HDMI 2.1) cable — 4K 120 Hz or 8K is not supported.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I tell Micro HDMI from Mini HDMI?
Micro HDMI (Type D) is about the size of a Micro USB port. Mini HDMI (Type C) is wider and flatter, roughly twice the width. This cable is Micro HDMI only.
Will it work with a Raspberry Pi 4 or 5?
Those boards use Micro HDMI ports, so the connector fits. For 4K at 60 Hz from a Pi, a Premium High Speed cable is recommended.
Can I use it in the other direction, from a PC to a small screen?
Yes — HDMI is bidirectional in terms of plugs. The signal always flows from the source to the display, whichever end that is.
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
A short Micro HDMI cable is the simplest way to get a camera, board or tablet onto a big screen — the only real mistake is confusing Micro HDMI with Mini HDMI. Check the port, keep the run short, and if you are choosing a display for the other end, browse our
PC monitors with HDMI inputs.
✓ Buy it if your device has a Micro HDMI (Type D) port and the display is within 1 m.
✕ Skip it if your camera or card uses Mini HDMI, or you need 4K at 120 Hz or 8K.
→ Also consider a longer Micro HDMI cable or a Micro HDMI to HDMI adapter if you already own a standard HDMI cable.
