The DEQSTER Rugged MAX 40-1013767 is a pink rugged folio case for the Apple iPad 10.9-inch (10th generation) and iPad 11-inch (A16), tested to MIL-STD-810H with drop protection up to 1.2 metres — designed in Germany for schools and education, where iPads are dropped, shared and carried every day.
Three layers — a PU cover with TPU and polycarbonate shell — protect the tablet, a 2 mm raised rim guards the display and camera, and a magnetic flap folds into a trifold stand with automatic sleep/wake. An all-in-one pencil holder takes most school styluses, and a transparent back can be personalised with a name card or label.

What It Means in Practice
- Drops from a desk or school bag height onto a hard floor (up to 1.2 m) are covered by the MIL-STD-810H tested design.
- The transparent back takes a name card or class label — handy when a whole class has identical iPads.
- The pencil holder fits Apple Pencil 1st and 2nd gen, Apple Pencil (USB-C), Logitech Crayon and DEQSTER pencils, with a compartment for spare tips.
- Close the magnetic flap and the iPad sleeps; open it and it wakes.
What Will Not Work
- iPad 10.2" (7th–9th gen), iPad Air, iPad Pro and iPad mini.
- Not a keyboard case — use a separate Bluetooth keyboard.
- Apple Pencil 2nd gen fits the holder but cannot charge on this iPad (the 10th gen/A16 iPad does not support magnetic Pencil charging).
