DICOTA Skin URBAN 15" — D32025-RPET

15"76.37% rPETFaux fur liningWater-repellentGrey

The Skin URBAN is DICOTA’s close-fitting elastic sleeve, cut around MacBook proportions. It is made from recycled polyester neoprene — DICOTA publishes 76.37% rPET, using 1.18 recycled PET bottles — and lined with soft faux fur so the machine is not scratched by its own case.

Compatibility — check before buying:
DICOTA states the compatible device size as 15.0 inch — a single size, not a span — with a maximum device size of 341 x 238 x 15 mm. The sleeve is described as a custom fit for MacBook, so measure a non-Apple laptop against the millimetre figure before ordering.

Best For

✓ 15-inch MacBook owners
✓ Protecting a laptop inside a backpack or a larger bag
✓ Anyone who wants the slimmest possible protection
✓ Buyers with a recycled-content requirement

Key Features

Custom fit for MacBook
DICOTA cuts this sleeve around MacBook proportions rather than as a generic envelope, which is why it fits closely.

Soft faux fur inner lining
The lining is brushed faux fur — the softest interior DICOTA fits, chosen so the sleeve cannot scratch the lid finish.

76.37% recycled content
DICOTA publishes both figures for this sleeve: an rPET ratio of 76.37% and 1.18 recycled PET bottles per unit.

Water-repellent outer
The outer face sheds light rain and spills.

Practical removal loop
A pull loop makes getting the machine out of a close-fitting elastic sleeve quick rather than awkward.

Lightweight elastic construction
At 230 grams and 20 mm thick, it adds protection without adding a bag.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size laptop fits?
DICOTA states 15.0 inch, with a maximum device size of 341 x 238 x 15 mm. It is a single-size rating and a MacBook-specific cut, so check a Windows laptop against the millimetre figure.
How recycled is it?
76.37% rPET, using 1.18 recycled PET bottles per sleeve — both figures published by DICOTA per product.
Why is the bottle number on DICOTA’s website so much larger?
That is a live site-wide counter of every PET bottle DICOTA has recycled since 1992. The per-product figure for this sleeve is 1.18.
What is the lining?
Soft faux fur — DICOTA’s softest interior, chosen so the sleeve itself cannot mark the laptop lid.
Is it waterproof?
The outer material is water-repellent, which handles light rain and spills. It is not a waterproof case.
Does it have a pocket or a strap?
No. The Skin URBAN is a bare sleeve with a removal loop — no pocket, no handle, no shoulder strap.
Singular Expert Insight
A close elastic fit plus a faux fur lining is the combination that actually keeps a MacBook lid unmarked, and the removal loop stops the wrestling match that close-fitting sleeves usually cause. 76.37% recycled content, published per product with a bottle count, is a strong figure for the category. Note it is a MacBook-specific cut at a single size — this is not a generic sleeve.
