Equip 3-Port Keystone Faceplate, German Type, 45° Angled Inserts, Flush Mount 80 x 80 mm, ABS UL94 V-0, Pure White

The Equip 761304 is a 3-port faceplate for German-standard flush wall boxes that takes three standard keystone jacks at a 45° angle. It is the outlet to use where a desk, meeting-room table or AV point needs three network (or keystone-format) connections at one location.

The angled inserts let patch cords leave the wall downwards instead of sticking straight out, which protects the plugs and suits outlets behind furniture. The housing and base are fireproof ABS (UL94 V-0) with a zinc-aluminium alloy plate, finished in pure white RAL 9010.

• 1 × Equip 3-port German faceplate, 45° angled keystone inserts, pure white (761304)
• Keystone jacks and back box not included

• Bring three network connections to one desk position — PC, IP phone and printer or dock.
• 45° angled outlets let cables run down along the wall and avoid bent plugs behind furniture.
• Mix keystone types: Cat6, Cat6A or other keystone-format jacks snap into the same plate.
• Clean pure white finish matches typical office switch and socket programmes.

• No keystone jacks inside — the plate is empty until you add modules.
• Not for UK-type (BS 4662) single-gang back boxes without a suitable adapter frame; it is a German-type 80 × 80 mm plate.
• It is not shielded itself — shielding is provided by shielded keystone modules and cable.
• Not a surface-mount box; it needs a flush back box or a surface frame.
